Jiu-Jitsu & Self Defence

The Women’s Jiu-Jitsu Class at Gracie Barra Northridge is designed to create a supportive and empowering space where women of all skill levels can train, grow, and build confidence through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Whether you’re stepping onto the mats for the first time or you’re an experienced practitioner, this class offers a welcoming environment focused on self-improvement, community, and effective self-defense.

Led by experienced instructors, the program emphasizes practical techniques, including escapes, submissions, and positional control, all tailored to real-life scenarios and sport Jiu-Jitsu. The curriculum not only enhances technical skills but also promotes strength, agility, and mental resilience.
